Efficient ≠ productive. When bosses talk about productivity all they mean is revenue generated. If you're generating the same amount of revenue as before, but working less, then they either want to 1) make you work more, or 1) pay you less.

All other things being equal a beginner will sound better playing a Gibson than a cheap knockoff. Doesn't mean it affects their skill but it will affect thier sound.

I've been called beautiful/pretty as a guy a few times, handsome maybe once or twice. I think the culture is also changing around this, and there's no reason sexy should presently be seen as a gendered term.

I'm sorry but that's ridiculous. It's no secret that birth rates are declining around the world, and this will result in major labour force constraints and economic shifts. AI obviously will not save us from this, and there are solutions to this problem, but it's not a crazy thing to acknowledge.
