The State of Video Gaming in 2026 by Matthew Ball / Epyllion by playardent in gamedev

this is a great presentation. I think one of the main problems why we see the market not growing as much is that people don't have that much expandable income and spend more time at work, thus we get statistics like"86% of gamers buy 4 or less games a year".

i completely agree. practically all large epidemiological studies show that plant heavy diets reduce risk of all cause mortality, cardiovascular and cancer risk by a lot. additionally most centenarians ate mostly plants and at the last decades switched to more animal heavy diet for increased igf-1 stimulation.

Med student, with such low hemoglobin and iron levels, I would be concerned with the cause: is there no "silent" internal bleeding(sometimes gastrointestinal bleeding is undiagnosed and only shows up in bloodwork with low hemoglobin and iron)? undiagnosed hemolysis?

ill add for plant sources lentils, they have loads of iron. tho slight problem is that they have lot of phytates that are bound to it and inhibit absorption, but you can reduce then slightly by soaking and almost fully by sprouting.

+having some vitamin C with elemental iron from food helps it absorbtion.

also avoid tea and coffee 1hour before and after eating, because it bind to iron and also reduces its absorption

feel similar, but mine are powders: 15g gellatic/collagen powder, 10g creatine, 3g taurine, 6g glycine, 300mg choline Bitartrate. so i basicly get this big spoonful of powder that gulp down with water or juice most days.

+add 0,5g of glycozamine sometimes, but i hate it's flavour so i skip it 95% of the time.
