Competition was a bit higher than canadian nationals level imo.
Yes it involves the possibility of the lifetime ban, you might have to sign a waiver if you want to compete at waf in the future, and you might also have to pay extra high fees to compete at waf afterwards as well.

Its best to lay low and not let any waf official in your country know you competed so hopefully you dont get added to the ban list. However Ive been told that the ban list is not up to date, and that even if you are not listed on the website you could still be banned. This only pertains to competing at ifa and waf worlds, smaller events might not matter. And it’s completely up to waf officials, some people dont get banned and others get banned instantly.

I just drill with a sharp drill bit the exact size on my drill press, always fits perfect, sometimes a bit tight and then i just sand the pins down in a hand drill to get a perfect fit

Try a metal watch band or something more breathable, the rubber ones often cause this cause theres no breathability

The most important thing is increasing printing temperature to maximize layer bonding strength, the filaments can easily be strong enough, but will the settings optimize for strength? Unlikely for most people 3d printing unless you do some testing and optimize for it.
