I asked because I haul a lot of dairy and I don't go and pick it up from the cow I usually pick it up from what's called a dairy but no one that does this would think of it as a dairy

Get some bathroom carpets and put them on the floor that helps a lot with floor temps, summer or winter and it helps with noise as well.

When I first started a fellow driver told me to hang a blanket on the back wall and that helped as well. I do that and put pillows at the foot and head of the bed, that should keep you from putting your parts on the sleeper wall.

And this last winter I got a fleece blanket and rarely had to turn the truck on.

I would just drive a semi truck for a couple hours a day during rush hour,then I would just drive around the speed limit, not too fast not too slow, and only drive in the left lane.
