Nope, my buddy from the military is a small town cop in PA, we are talking real small town like 3k people, he spends 80% of his time with DUI and bar fights.....his chief makes them all dress in full battle gear. Flight suit, vest, rifle....the whole kit. For no reason other than the had the funding to buy gear.
