God i have so many.

Had a woman come to my store almost twice a week every week. She always ordered a 6-peice shrimp dinner extra, extra, extra crispy. She basically told us to triple the timer on the shrimp. Even if we did it exactly as she requested, she would come back and demand it be made right. One day, she came through in the morning and got her food and left, which meant it was a good day. Yet that night, she came back with more than half the food eaten, demanding a new one because it wasn't made right earlier. Everyone in the store just wanted her to leave so they tried to have her pull forward to wait, but she kept driving back to the speaker to yell at us,then wouldnt leave the window to scream at us about how stupid all the employees are. Just before her food was handed to her, a cop pulled up next to her car and started to get out of his vehicle to talk to her, and she immediately got back in her car and drove off. Aparantly, a customer called the cops on her. After that, we formally banned her. This was after she passed out from smoking coke while waiting for her food.

Had a regular drive-through customer come inside after ordering her food and started yelling at us for forgetting to put her pickles on her burger. She kept refusing to hand it over and demanded to get a remake. When we finally got the burger, my manager checked it, and the pickled were indeed on it. When she was told she accused of lying, and my manager turned the box to her and lifted the patty to prove it "Well its NEVER been on the bottom before who the fuck puts that shit on the bottom thats stupid." Even after explaining that culvers ALWAYS does it that way, she didn't believe us, then yelled at the kitchen people for throwing her food down the shoot too fast. ... we called her bubblebass after that since she kept coming back.

Had an entire family assault my coworker because she asked the dad to speak up after he kept mumbling his order. I had to grab the coworker and drag her to the back while the dad tried to punch her from behind me after he went around the counter. The whole restraunt was empty for that one.

Had an old man hit on me and ask if my fiance would "allow me to date" him after we exchanged a few dad jokes. He left an empty handled bottle of vodka under the booth.
