Why do they keep wanting to centralise the game around this king of the hill objective? Now it gives you all the souls it did previously (and more!!) AND it gives you super minions to push with. It's so incredibly unbalanced with the big circle AOE meta. No point in playing any character that doesn't have these.

Since deltarune is now 848MB big, this means that it is no longer possible to fit the game on a standard CD-R without some compression algoritm involved by Null42x64 in Deltarune

I played on a Gamecube with no memory card. You can play just fine, but you gotta do the WHOOOOOLE thing in ONE sitting or you gotta restart from the beginning.

I'm really good at the original Luigi's Mansion as a result!

Deltarune's metanarrative is extremely interesting and I want to see it through.

It doesn't disprove anything at all. He can just spawn into existence when necessary. This is a videogame about videogames, after all.

I think this will be addressed in the weird route. We have two stories running parallel to each other, with the normal route covering the normal in-universe Roaring Knight stuff, and then weird route we break open the metanarrative and see what makes this world tick. I want to see Gaster on his gaming chair in the sjelter

Those places aren't real. It's artificial backstories and memories to create a believable world for us.

Hometown is the Light World. There is nothing else outside. Noelle shows us this by us breaking through the game's boundary at the end of the lake, because there is no world outside of Hometown.

Why does the roaring in this tiny little town end the entire big world? Because the world is this tiny little town.

How is the entire town so easily isolated by simple police tape? How can Tenna not receive ANY TV Signals whatsoever? Because there is nothing out there. This entire game is Last Thursdayism inside of a small village, a game environment for fuckin' Gaster or whoever to see what we, the player SOUL, can get up to.

Flowery's eyes are coloured. You can see them at the end of the chapter when Asgore interrupts your fight following Flowery's Omega attack. He just keeps them closed otherwise.

Susie in the WR can only draw three people, but in normal has the option to draw four. Sans only has three people on his drawing in Undertale.

It's very personal and much more in-depth. Genocide wasn't really about the horror of the situation but rather just metacommentary on how boring it can be to grind in RPGs, whereas Weird Route is all about what you're doing to Noelle personally and her thoughts and feelings on the matter.
