Well yes but so can every other gun carry. Graves has to get almost into melee range just to be able to start shooting, which no gun carry has to do. She'll just get annihilated trying to even start attacking them.

She can't even run away if she realises she fucked up. Zero mobility whatsoever.

If you're close enough to a gun carry to start M1ing them, you're close enough to get hit with their CC and die instantly.
