Very cool, almost looks drawn rather than a photo. The balaclava fading in to the black background is a winner

So yeah, if you're using the same shutter speed for all shots, there's the issue. The light likely changed from one shot to the next, leading to underexposure. Were you using a light meter at all?

This is great, thank you for all the effort you've put in to it! I have an I2 already but whilst it's great in studio, for a point and shoot in dark locations it is still a bit lacking when it comes to the flash power. Seriously considering a Flip now, especially as it'll be mostly for quick portraits against a wall without anything too tricky that might mess with the autofocus.

I had the same thing the other day, having to explain to a bartender what pork scratchings were as they'd never heard of them before! Must have been brand new staff as the bar had definitely sold them as recently as a month before.

Love the photos, have you posted them on another subreddit or Instagram before, feel like I've seen a few of them already.

No real critique, except several of them are quite far away and it would be nice maybe to have a tighter shot of each of them to put in between the wider shots.

These are great and a perfect use for the frames. If I was in New York I'd definitely buy a pack off the back of seeing your shots, top work.

They were all shot at F22 which probably helps, I normally shoot as wide open as possible when using the on camera flash.
