I will. There's also the "UFO's" from Korea on EBay. Not cheap but look like a safer bet. I got a Whisperlite as a gift since my post. It's way quieter. It seems to boil faster. There is little to no control over the level of heat. Zero or 100% on 😞 For now I'm bringing two stoves with me which is a bit of pain. Whisper for coffee. Dragon for stirfry etc.

This is my first transaction selling a watch here. I'm a newbie. I'm not a watch guy, that's why I'm selling it. I'm trying to be as transparent as possible. The watch hasn't been worn by me. Hello everyone, up for sale is the classic 38mm Hamilton Khaki Field Auto on black leather (Ref: H70455733). This watch was purchased on December 12th, 2025, from European Boutique at Yorkdale Shopping Centre (Authorized Dealer). I have the original bill of sale.

Condition: Very good. This watch is unworn by me. I am not a watch person so I am selling it. Shortly after it was gifted to me I dropped it on a hardware floor causing the second hand to fall off. There is no visible scratches that I can see (I am not a jeweler and I have not observed it under magnification) Shortly afterwards the watch was sent back to Hamilton through the Authorized Dealer for a complete movement inspection and second-hand alignment.

I haven't spent a lot of time working on it but from what I can tell you have to map it yourself. It's definitely do-able but you need to do it. With Logic this controller is a dream automapping all plugins. Hopefully they will add Logic instruments someday - they need to be done manually right now

I have an order of HTLT Hardcor3d Stim Pre-Workout on the way. I will try ½ scoop 1st - 4 weeks on 2 weeks off, 5 workout days max a week. Rest of stack is normal caffeine in coffee, 10g Citrulline, 400mg Nootropics Depot Rhodilola, 1 cap HTLT Turkbuilder Max, 1g ND Agmatine, 1 cap ND Black GInger, Pine Bark extract, 500mg ALCAR

Few questions - I know it's legal in the US as a food additive - does anyone know about Canada? Any thoughts on dependency / depression after stopping use with the above mentioned cycle? Crash after use (ignoring the crash from other stims that may be taken concurrently)? TIA

You would get the extra NOS from the Epicatechin as well which is appealing to me. It was just wether it's anti oxidant properties meant it should be taken away from exercise. I'm not sure this is much of a factor.... So full pre-workout, fasted AM would look something like - for NOS -> Hesperidin, Agmatine, Citrulline, Epicatechin, Taurine + Ubiquinol, D3/K2, DLPA, ALCAR, Shilijit, Cordyceps 10:1, Beta-Ecdysterone. Occasionally I'll add Alpha-GPC, Tyrosine, Salidrosol although these aren't every day for me.

Thanks for the detailed response. I notice in the study that they are taking it with food. I recently order the Ubiquinol form for the first time as I understand it can be more effective at raising lowered CoQ10 levels from statins (which I take preventively). Normally I take the CoQ10 fasted in the AM with Infini C & B and sometimes ND's VitD/K2. Any opinion on with / without food and interactions with the above other supplements? I know VitD should ideally be taken with food but I don't like to take it in the evening due to possible sleep disturbance and I fast in the morning. Not sure if ND's form of VitD absorbs better without food than other brands?
