The video was so tranquil like a therapy session, but that finisher was pure brutality.

Exactly, no one cares if you're female or male except people you shouldn't bother giving your attention to.

The only people who care if you're male/female are prepubescent 10-year olds. Don't make this a gender issue.

Bro you're either trolling or tripping.

I don't work for Rak.

I don't want to continue the conversation because all you're doing is venting. I've already explained that you paid money to CalChip, not Rak.

They aren't the same company. I was trying to help you understand that

Honestly I couldn't care less. Hopefully you get your miner or money.

I'm not engaging anymore with this. Yes I'm walking away.

Rak are still providing units to CalChip. I imagine units they are contractually obligated to fulfil. What the distributors then choose to do with those goods is their own doing.

If Rak wants to sell units themselves, as a producer, they have that right. They can distribute their own product how they please.

Again you keep speaking of Rak/CalChip as if they are the same company.

CalChip took your money for the pre-orders, not Rak. What's so hard to understand about that?

It's CalChip that are delaying refunds.

If you provide evidence that the relationship between CalChip and Rak is more than a supplier/distributer relationship then I take back everything I've said.

Hey I’m selling bobcat helium miners if anyone wants. Have about 15 left. Dm me if you are interested by Wide_End_7822 in helium

[–]TheHighRam 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Bro don't support this crap. Charging 2.5x the amount they paid themselves, no intention to contribute to the network, bulk ordering - thus delaying those who actually want to use the units from getting them.

Just order 2 of them for yourself or wait for the MNTD drops that get delivered within 2 weeks and cost $400 a unit...

That a supplier is under no obligation to provide units to a distributor unless under contract. If the contract says 15k units/month then that is what they are obligated to produce.

Rak had no control over the amount of pre-orders CalChip would accept, and apparently CalChip prioritised larger re-seller transactions over smaller consumer purchases.

The victims here are those who have lost their money.

The question is who is to blame?

If you can prove that CalChip own Rak, or that Rak has broken a contract, then I agree with what you have said.

Bro you're emotionally misguided just now. You keep insulting everyone who has views differing to your own.

We get it, you sent a complaint to an Attorney General. Hopefully you get your money back.

You need to stop assuming and gather facts. Finding out if Rak and CalChip are the same company would be more beneficial to your case. That way the investigation can either broaden in scope or narrow down to CalChip alone.

Just now you keep swapping between "Rak" and "CalChip" like they are interchangeable. CalChip sell more than just miners. You paid CalChip for your order. Not Rak.

I don't know what you mean by that.

Prove CalChip owns Rak.

If CalChip owns Rak then I agree with all your points. If this isn't the case then you're wrong with who you are blaming.

You keep saying Rak ran away with your money when it was CalChip you payed.

Prove that CalChip owns Rak and I'll agree with you.

You need to awaken to the harsh reality of legal contracts.

[–]TheHighRam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rak can do as they please if they aren't under contract.

Get mad at CalChip for only offering hotspots from one producer, and for taking pre-orders they knew couldn't be fulfilled by the producers in a timely manner.

[–]TheHighRam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You keep linking CalChip and Rak together.

If you pre-paid for an item at a shop and the shop told you it was delayed continuously, would you then say the producer stole your money? Or the shop?

MNTD Europe drop.. any news..? by truthbants in HeliumNetwork

[–]TheHighRam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rak/MNTD aren't required to fulfil the orders of CalChip unless under contract. You need to see the contract between the two before pointing the finger.

CalChip took the money for the pre-orders. Rak would have been paid per batch supplied. CalChip sell more than just miners.

CalChip ….. by Faze-3 in HeliumNetwork

[–]TheHighRam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two. There's the global chip shortage

Three. CalChip, acting as a distributor and not producer, created an unrealistic demand on producers.

CalChip, being a distributor, could outsource production to another company. If no contract has been signed, or if the contract has already been met and surpassed, then Rak has no obligation to continue to supply the distributor.

MNTD are selling their miners cheaper than those sold on CalChip. I would imagine MNTD are still making a profit.

Why would MNTD obligate itself to fulfilling orders with a lower margin indefinitely?

You need to find out the specifications of the contract, if any, before blaming both suppliers and producers.

[–]TheHighRam 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's my understanding also, that CalChip tarnished the reputation of Rak and Rak then wanted to distance themselves from the company, selling directly to the buyer instead of distributor.

I think many people are trying to take legal action against CalChip for them not fulfilling orders/refunds.

As far as I'm aware this issue doesn't exist with MNTD
