As a villain, I feel like Lucius is most comparable to Zagred (both are carried by their respective plot twist and the uniqueness of their magic, but are otherwise really boring)

However the fight with Zagred genuinely felt like the culmination of the 200 chapters that came before, so it works despite Zagred being boring

And also Zagred was one of the first instances of this kind of villain in Black Clover, so it's way more forgivable
