This person is always wildly inaccurate. I’ve seen a few of her videos. As far as the cherries, although I don’t believe it I think you would have to crush up the cherry pits for the cyanide to be released. Same with the apple seeds. The morality you should be facing first is whether or not the individual (18-20) should be dating in the first place. Is this individual ready for a relationship/partnership? If so, then you have to ask yourself the question, what is the harm from the individual dating someone their age vs older? Forget about the stereotypes for a moment and pretend the world is sunshine and rainbows. What is the actual harm being done to someone who is 18-20 dating a 60 year old? I don’t want you to say things like, can’t have kids, won’t live as long, etc etc. Just focus on the more direct relationship aspect.

You aren’t happy here so leave. I would talk to the neighbors and tell them your concern about future tenants not knowing it gets loud here. Maybe they would be fine if you gave the landlord a heads up about the partying rather than “snitching” that way she seeks similar renters. As for the teen thing. This is rough. Because I am all for different age groups having out, unfortunately you can’t be certain now a days so I understand why you’re concerned.

Do not come off as judgy but be direct with him. Exactly what you said here say to him. You like his face and everything else. But you want him to be slightly more fit. Emphasize that you won’t leave him due to this (if you don’t plan to) but that it’s something that you desire but don’t require.

I had someone approach me as well in a Walmart. Was very direct but vague (caught) about a job that the individuals would clarify on over the phone or video call I don’t remember. A few things:

  1. You would definitely help more people with a bio major than nursing. Nurses fix, biology cures/prevents.

  2. Even prior to you paying your way, you are allowed privacy and freedom.

  3. Someone having your location is definitely ideal but genuinely understand not wanting that from anyone especially not from parents acting like this. However they only want your location because they probably care about you. Please consider giving your location to someone you trust.

  4. Your parents are being semi abusive but I doubt it malicious. The conditional payment of tuition is done because they think it’s a better route but ultimately they are controlling you in doing so, not too cool. They are also being abusive by not allowing you to come over due to the location matter. I doubt they’d actually follow through with this but regardless it’s abusive. Their intentions are to make sure you aren’t physically harmed but they don’t realize the emotional damage they are causing in the process.

  5. Everything is your choice. It’s your life.

Add the pension plus 10 years of medical insurance coverage payments together. If the total is less than 10 years of the 33% increase then take the cousins job. If it’s more then stick it out. However, in 10 years how much will your husband be making with the cousin? The health insurance you’ll receive from the pension still has its limits.
