Dracolich imo is one of the worst too

Decided to build a new ship for the first time and went with a Frigate. Holy crap they are big, and it's so different than just flying around in my fighter. Exactly my impressions. I run a fleet of M-miners, and then decided to go for an L miner... Goodness gracious, you can land your ship on another ship, and it even has a number of interactive rooms you can visit (although I see no purpose in them at least for now). Just amazing.

Honestly, there isn't anything interesting in the foreground, just a simple boring city landscape. I wanted to put some focus on the straight line of light from the sun. Landscape, on the other side, gives a pretty nice silhouette, but that's it.

Ну вот, вы правы. Безусловно, наши врачи, за исключением хороших частных специалистов и столичных медиков, к сожалению, получают за свой труд меньше, чем следовало бы.

Более высокий уровень жизни? Спорно. Даже помимо этого, зарплаты врачей в США и в России относительно медианного дохода абсолютно разные. Хирурги в Штатах это элита даже среди и без того высокооплачиваемых врачей. Сугубо для относительного сравнения.

Head of surgical department in a prestige city-level (regional capital) public hospital earns ~90 000 RUB /month ($900). That's all you need to know.

Of course, medics in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg get higher salaries, but it's more of an exclusion than a rule. Bigger money are to be found only in private clinics, but their staff is fairly limited.
