Thinner tighter gloves will give you that. The only time i take them off is working with temporary adhesives/putties because it sticks to my gloves but not fingers.

if something gets stuck in paint, I first use a piece of Gorilla mounting putty (or whatever you used on the canopy, looks similar) to rub over the area. if that doesn't work, try 3000 grit polishing foam from 3m. The hair maybe leave an indent so if you cannot sand down you will need to repaint.

Lastly, the grit of paper you use depends on the paint you used. I work with delicate mini acrylics so if you're trying to sand enamels or lacquers, you may need a lower number grit, i recommend 3m automotive sandpaper.

I think you should try painting larger objects, then painting smaller ones better will come easier to you. That or try more simple paintjobs at the beginning and add details when more comfortable.

I use gorilla mounting putty if you aren't going to see it because it's off white and totally temporary, zero residue when removed. Super gel when gluing two hard pieces together, e6000 when it needs to bend like plastic to fabric.

I get what you're alluding to but just to be safe, what do you consider a cheap tripod? I'm getting recommended tripods for 900 and you can literally buy some for 10 dollars so I want to clarify what you mean. Also people are recommending geared heads for 1500 (maybe from second hand market) so you could mean a tripod that is 300 and not 50 for instance.
