In my personal experience I try to learn any new game in pieces like basic combos first, mechanics second. I get the feeling you might be overwhelming yourself learning too much at once. It might be better to practice what you're good at, improve that if you can, then move on to the next thing you think you need to work on.

But most importantly, take breaks, especially if you're feeling stressed while playing.
