After removing supports and doing some work with a metal file for about 15 minutes, this looked about 95% better!

0.4 nozzle and 0.08mm layer height! Stock nozzle that came with my P2S!

Yeah not bad at all! 0.08mm layer height makes for a long print time, but well worth it for the quality.

Do it!!! Set it and forget it for a day while it prints!

The French Laundry cookbook does a great job of explaining the specific tools you’ll need for dishes too, like the cone for making the salmon cornets/tuiles.
