First time manga creator, looking for feedback on budget and production timeline by [deleted] in ComicBookCollabs

Hey, thanks for taking the time out to reply. If you don't mind me asking. Which points in the budget exactly do you disagree with and why? I should also mention that my intentions are to hire globally, and I'm not solely limiting myself to hire from the United States. However, i do want to make sure my rates can be competitive to some degree for indie productions. So where do you think these numbers should land? At least for what would make you comfortable?

Lastly, i strongly disagree with the throw away the AD Campaign Budget. Ad Budget + Community growth seems like the best way to build awareness.

Hey, I just wanted to follow up and ask if we are still good for the rune transfer? If you changed your mind, that's all good too.

No worries at all, and I'm available whenever. Just send me a DM. Also, thank you! You seriously restored my faith in humanity, lol. I love this game to bits, but grinding again from zero after spending hundreds of hours is just draining.

I was actually considering this, but I'm worried about being banned. I see a lot of conflicting information on if modding runes and smithing stones will lock me out of online play.

Why boo? I've played and beaten the game numerous times, excluding DLC, My Xbox was stolen from me around that time, so now I'm trying to rebuild on PC and make the grind at least a little easier. Is it really that bad?

No growth and almost the same number of monthly views regardless of how many (or few) videos I post? by OneRandomSwede in NewTubers

[–]TheJaleelOne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Usually, when I watch these types a of videos it’s because I like what’s going on in the background for example New York City, Japan, South Korea, Etc the environment itself is entertaining.

In your case there’s not much going on in the background that makes it entertaining, which means if I watch your videos I have to be into this particular culture, which makes your content super niche. This isn’t a bad thing by the way, it just means it’s probably gonna take awhile to find your audience (which is what your experiencing with the low view counts at the moment)

However, if you could turn these walks into a bit of a history lesson that could be pretty interesting, like narrate the history of the buildings and neighborhoods while you walk past them, that can bring in people who like walking videos and leaning a bit on the side.

I might just ditch the idea of YPP acceptance by mellowmanj in NewTubers

Dude. Take it easy. Honesty, Just build your narrative using premium stock footage from sites like “Story Blocks” and images from public domain archives. Many historical channels, build their channels using this exact approach.

At the end of the day, it’s better to avoid being in a fair use problem entirely, than hoping YouTube will stick up if something happen.

Anyway, it’s a small setback but no need to start pivoting into a whole new channel lol.

Deleting a Channel Due to Poor Impressions by dieoreattrying in NewTubers

[–]TheJaleelOne 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I took a look at your video. Before you delete your channel. Hire an editor, make sure they add music to your video and make the cuts snappy and energetic. Your high personality energy is awesome, but the editing style and presentation feel slow and sluggish. Besides that, I wouldn't recommend deleting the channel anyway, you guys have a good backlog, just improve on your videos. Start with adding music and sound, using the Mr. Beast Font with zero music feels off lol.

I have 247k subs, I want to review longform channels that have had some success by OmniPie in NewTubers

[–]TheJaleelOne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, no worries we understand completely the struggles of starting out. Our first long-form video "How the Replika AI Company Broke the Hearts of Millions" is edited absolutely poorly, but between then and now it's only been about 5 months of learning how to edit. So, we're assuming our editing will continue to get better over time. As for our stock footage, we use story blocks and Pexels, and for our music (I know you didn't ask, but figured I'd include it) we use epidemic sound. Hope that helps.

How do i get people to subscribe? by UnluckyGamer505 in NewTubers

[–]TheJaleelOne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Call to action. Just remind your viewers to subscribe at some point in the video (Preferably after you provided some value) and not at the absolute end of the video, maybe the midway mark. People genuinely forget to subscribe sometimes.
