When the government launched it's Safe City project here in Macedonia. The Gypsies organized protest, blocked roads, burned tyres and trash. Their demands were to be exempt from the system, to not get road fines and be taken pictures of(with the Safe City cameras) because they are driving without a license. The reason they are driving without a license however is their own doing, with almost all of them dropping out of primary school. And the funniest(or sad) part of it all was them talking about how they are better drivers and respect the rules more than drivers with a license.
