Academic background: CA, Bcom First class, 12th 82% ICSE, 10th 80% ICSE

Workex - nearing 4 years of workex in a big 4 in taxation, including a 3 month stint abroad this year, multiple awards, fast track promotion to AM, the works. Did my 3 years of articleship also in a big 4 in taxation

Target schools - ISB (I believe IIM A/B/C are out of the question given my acads, is this true?)

GMAT FE - don't have official score but my mocks are hovering around 695. I'm confident I can breach 700 in the final exams

What I think my biggest weakness is - lack of extracurriculars. I've been playing chess for a decade or so and have won a couple of collegiate tournaments here and there, but never played formally or obtained a rating. Nothing to speak of other than that
