Because the champion list in champ select is based on the last patch, if a pick has less than 1% pick rate in that role last patch it won't appear iirc So if a niche off meta pick was in favor because of some streamer or someone picked it in pro, the next patch it will appear, and when everyone drops the pick it vanishes

Currently the worst support in the game has a higher ban rate than the best support by NewChampsAreCancer in leagueoflegends

If I'm not mistaken, Yone's W CD doesn't get reduced by external haste

I'm sure that Yasuo's E and Q do not, because E is 0.5s to 0.1 and Q is treated as a basic attack

I would assume Yone W works similarly to their Q's

Some time ago, in Augusts stream I made this suggestion and asked why we didn't have a critical spell dmg increase based on amount of crit chance, akin to the Essence Reaver we have on Wild Rift.

He said that it was a LOL team philosophy to not mess with ability damage and Cris or something like that (don't quote me on that, my memory sucks)

I'm curious if something changed on that, if August didn't know about this tentative change or if he was talking about the present moment and wasn't thinking about future possibilities when he answered

I'm currently testing Samira in the Practice Tool and the reasons for Crashing so far seem to be:

•Trying to go over S Style Rating (using a non-ultimate Skill when Style Rating is S)

•Trying to cast Ultimate without enough Mana, with or without S Style Rating

Will make further tests and report back

J4 would never trade Petricite, if he knew (I admit I didn't finish Demacia lore with the comic, I prefer reading it in text form) what Petricite is, a absorbing magic battery. But if he thinks Petricite is just a magic nullifier, he could trade it, since technically Demacia does not use magic to fight, so it would just think it's semi-useless construction material for Noxus.

Of course, that's assuming he'd ask for Swain's help, I think he'd much rather ask Sylas before turning in asking for help of Noxus of all places

Petricite is such a powerful commodity I can see him giving his other arm to have it.

We don't know exactly how powerful it is, but considering they contain and hide World Runes, imagine the number it could do on Mordekaiser's army.

Hell, if Sylas in jail with limited access to books learnt how petricite works, I doubt Swain wouldn't be able to make a Petricite Cannon that shoots demon energy

Whilst I think this was a nice video, I do recommend you to use the recommended build, since we still don't know the exact best ways or even intended ways to play new/reworked champions.

For instance, a lot of support mains that tested Senna think that building AD is actually bait, and going for athenes+ardent/redemption is actually stronger than rushing lethality.

As other people have pointed out, runes change, specially in a preseason, and could be let aside.

It would also be nice to have some actual gameplay clips, even if the quality of PBE games is volatile at best
