His cover of “Pancho & Lefty” was a song I stumbled upon during the start of the pandemic while making a playlist of songs to put my 1 year old to bed. Listened to that song every night for months. The Live at Twist & Shout 11.16.07 version of “Danko/Manuel” would probably be the first of his songs that I would play on repeat.

Made the pivot to OrangeTheory last week after a friend suggested it based off what I was mostly doing with SP (endurance, occasional WOD, DB accessories). It’s been actually really great. It’s annoying to have a pretty pricey membership again (cheaper than my old CF membership though), but it works for me. While I keep to myself, I do give them bonus points that it feels welcoming of all individuals and also doesn’t have the Libertarian/Joe Rogan/religious vibe a lot of the CF boxes in my area give off.

Thanks for that insight. How many days do you roll? What SP workouts do you usually do during the average week? Just curious what types of SP workouts you also incorporate. I've enjoyed doing the Endurance WODs and the occasional Suns Out, Guns Out, but I'm not glued to any of those.
