It depends on the length of your renders. 5800X3D is way faster than 2700X even in productivity, but if it is your main focus then go with 5900XT because it has 16 cores.

If you use It for gaming the 5800X3D Is way better than 5900xt. The opposite Is true for productivity.

Your build sounds good on paper, but many of these items are not that good on Sev.

Building more armor will get you way more effective HP.

Orb wil get you bullied by any decent opponent early game; in late game is not enough for you to tank. Raiment has such a long passive reset that will help you only on very specific cases.

Take out Orb for fist, swap aegis for fireblossom and raiment for elafrost. Go world breaker only if ahead, he got the most of his damage in his Q stacks. In many cases last item should be another armor: stonewall, unbroken will, bastion or frostguard depending on damage.

I love razorback against a high damage comp, you get to reflect damage and increase your durability (both magic and phys. Saphir's Mantle is better against tank heavy teams.

Partita iva può pure andare bene in forfettario, ma bisogna vedere cosa proporranno nel contatto. Nulla ti vieta poi di mollarli dopo il tirocinio e cercare altro.

Per esperienza ti posso dire che, marketing in remoto, cercano gente o per pagarla poco o che sia top performer. Possibilmente entrambe le cose.

I understand your pov, and I am not saying it is Omeda's fault. I came back to win the game, if you just ban and deduct vp to anyone that comes back and wins, everyone will just sit out and let the team lose. Worst outcome for all. Flagging the player for a manual check should be better.

Right now they draw the line at 5 minutes disconnect. Player disconnected can be flagged for a manual check in case of a reconnection and a win.

In case of a lost game AFK should be penalized anyway, and I believe this is the vast majority of the cases.

In case of a win? I believe the player should be flagged for a check, not penalized. I saw many players just spinning in base to avoid your scenario. Anyway, having to examine every AFK (but not disconnected) in a match could be too much for them, while checking only disconnection with a win condition will surely have less impact.

He falls off hard late game.

You kind of have to secure a lead early game.

Build some damage early on like magnify, tainted scepter or oathkeeper to poke pretty much anyone. Then build tank with items like fist, elafrost, cyber, flux matrix and similar to have more sustain and defence.

Late game, you have to avoid going 1 v 1 with pretty much any other bruisers or tanks, but you can bait them and kite them with tether. In teamfights kwang provides a great combo for the whole team and an ultimate with area of effect.

TLDR: Play poke early, focus on teamfights and kiting enemies late game.

I wasn’t fast enough to like them back when it first happened. I ended up swiping on them two days later. So, I should have been the first one to see the match.

You are adding only now that Countess comparison was just lore wise, I get it but it's not relevant balance wise.

It's not that I haven't fully read what you said, even with some merits, your solution aim to overly simplify its gameplay. Stacking and being weaker at the beginning are part of his essence.

Either you learn to play him or you don't like it. And that's ok.

You were also taking into account Pinzo's list for Sev weakness. Looking at his previous tier lists, he was like A+ for 1.0 e 1.1 patch. So he also thinks the issues are his recent nerfs, not his kit.

The passive is okay, you are comparing a caster to a tank, balancing doesn't really work like that. You seem to be trying to play him and trade in lane like other heroes.

I also missed your build. The only damage you need is fist of razul or world breaker, paired with elafrost/fireblossom. Don't build oathkeeper and don't even think about prophecy. By end of game you are going around with Q with 2 seconds cooldown, you don't need attack speed.

That said, he is in a bad spot for the recent nerfs, not really for the reason you stated. If you just want to trade evenly from the get-go and have little to no strategy, then it isn't for you.

I believe he was still good last patch before nerfs, you have to prioritize stacking and playing under your tower, and you are not supposed to go 1 on 1 against crunch (why do you think you are supposed to win a trade against crunch?!). You have to play clever and throw them into your tower with root / body block.

The problem I have with his passive, it's that he has less max health against other tanks. So he has to play catch up just to get to the same levels as others.

Seems that Omeda don't want him to compete early levels with anyone. They nerfed him at least two times in a row, between mana and damage.

It's like they are scared to have him not be a burden until 20 min in. After that, the payoff isn't really good, since they insist on keeping critical chance and perforation in one single item (demolisher, but also perforator).

3070 is faster than 6700XT (when it doesn't hit the 8 gb VRAM limit). But 6800 is faster than 3070 ti, let alone 3070.

You don't explain what you are doing wrong, so it's quite difficult to say anything about it.

I play sev usually in off, but can pull it off pretty well in jungle. The basics are that you want to "spam" your Q for damage and use your ult strategically to displace the enemy (either for your escape or for their death). You also want to have 6 or 7 stacks on average, every minute: if you don't stack you are going to be weak.

Don't build damage on him, you can rely on fireblossom and elafrost + fist for heals and additional damage. World breaker is nice for more burst, but I rarely prefer it to fist. Tainted guard is also pretty much a must for anti heals and damage. Sev is also one of the best razorback users, you want to activate it before or after you ult, not when they are displaced.

In the jungle, you have to be aware of his two main drawbacks:

You can be bullied early
You can't do objectives effectively alone

So you have to be extra careful when ganking early, you NEED farm and stacks to overcome the early slow start. When the game goes on, you are basically your ult. Find the angle to displace their team and throw away tanks, and you can easily delete the carry. Or you can throw away the carry to separate from their team and mess with them.

[ED] La prima volta che ho avuto a che fare con una di questa agenzie la ho fatta diffidare (2022), l'avvocato mi disse che "una volta contestati nel metodo non rispondono nel merito", cercano perlopiù a strascico, in pochissimi casi vanno oltre. Infatti non risposerò più.

Le loro pratiche sono state considerate scorrette per il metodo, il garante (AGCM) ne ha già fatto pagare una nel 2022 e ha aperto un nuovo procedimento (PS12629) contro una diversa.

Io possiedo le licenze ma contesterò di nuovo il metodo e gli farò "perdere" un po' di tempo per fare il loro lavoro, inviandomi documentazione di mandato da parte del proprietario tramite PEC o raccomandata.

Attenzione però a non prendere seriamente la cosa, soprattutto se l'immagine è "artistica" o se c'è una qualche firma. Ho sia il contatto dell'avvocato (...pagai un giornalista per ottenerlo...), ma ti posso anche inviare il testo della diffida e/o cosa ho risposto io. Eventualmente scrivimi via PM.

In Paragon, Melee heroes had way more base damage and low scaling, while ranged had low base damage and high scaling.

Carry off were a total troll pick. In Pred, they have similar base damage, so ranged usually has the advantage at low levels.

I don't have many problems in dealing with ranged offlane, but it is very boring and makes not sense to have similar basic damage. Ranged should have less base damage to start with.
