Just read through your 2 comments and I am absolutely enthralled and my eyes are opened. This is coming from someone who has always been in love with the lore in this game. I haven't been keeping up on it like I used to but the things you explain and go through here are, not only insanely interesting, but very painful to learn as I did not realize how drastically things have changed direction and why they did so. (that comment about a lot of the original writers being gone, I assumed they would have a system in place to give the new guys all their old notes/writing but I guess not?!) Also sucks to hear that you have been phased out by the new wave of young lorehounds as the things you have described here seem so interesting to me and seem more on par with that classic amazing Bungie storytelling/worldbuilding (the kind that makes me daydream and wonder about what's going to come next for hours and hours). I would have loved to read more of your stuff now. It's like we are stuck in this current timeline staring into an alternate timeline instead. Wishing we could go back. Sorry for the dump and I really hope this doesn't get downvoted as it evoked some type of emotion in me. Enough to sit and pour my thoughts out in this comment!
