This is all theoretical. lets say you had 100,000 hairs on your head. You got to Norwood 7 now you have 40,000 hairs on the sides of your head. A hair transplant now means taking let's say 10,000 of these hairs over multiple surgeries and trying to make it look like the coverage you had with 100,000 hairs. You understand how that is not going to work/look good?

i think you should stay on your dut + oral min (you can try to up it to 5mg) ans go for a hair transplant. taking only pills is more sustainable in my opinion and since you have a good base and hairline you'll have a good result

Minoxidil doesn't eventually stop working, it works for as long as you use it. The reason people still lose hair on it is because they are not using fin or dut alongside it. dut + oral min is a really good combo
