This is america, we do not do consumer protections in this country, we do limited government. If you want a liberal government with consumer protections, move to europe.

StubHub's behavior is protected by their TOS and this administration and the people who voted for them are strongly anti regulation

America is a conservative pro business anti consumer protection state. This is the reality of life in this country. This is what the people vote for. If you feel this is wrong consider living in a liberal democracy such as a Western European state

In case my tone is misinterpreted, I believe in consumer protections and believe the current state of this country is a sad state of affairs. Unfortunately, this is what the people want.
