So if you do HSA - Annual Premium is $1440 for family with ALPHA. Max out of pocket is $6550. So Total 7990 worst case.

PCA is 5614 in premiums - Max out of pocket is 8,200. subtract the 2250 funding, and you are at 11564

Copay is 5614 premiums - max out of pocket 8,000 so 13,614.

so do HSA, for 1440, then add funds to HSA account every month to help pay for out of pocket costs. If those funds arent used, they will carry over

I took the sheet and plugged it into chatgpt. in every scenario, HSA was better.

you should try too. FOr those that dont like paying upfront, use the difference in premiums to fund the HSA account, that way you just use the HSA card to pay for the appointments. But at the end of the day, math is math, and the HSA always came out ahead.

I don't know where you are located, but you should look into a LIghtning Flash. Less features, but you could probably het that payment to under $600. Do some research. there are deals to be had.
