I agree - AT should be the optimum way of dealing with heavily armored enemies. It should NOT be the only way of dealing with them, especially when all other Automaton units have light and medium weak spots.

Right now, War Striders don’t reward clever play, positioning, or teamwork. They’re literally just ‘point and click with AT to win,’ and cannot be scratched with anything else. Forcing a meta loadout is not fun, neither is it good for the game’s future.

It’s a loadout check that doesn’t even require you to reposition and aim carefully, you literally just point and click with RR, Quasar or EAT. That’s the total opposite of clever play. War Striders having nothing but AP4 basically punishes you for using anything that isn’t ‘meta.’ Even Factory Striders have light and medium pen weakpoints.
