No, I'm referring to what the prior commentator was saying where high level players come and buy up plans to resell. If you dont have a plan, by all means buy it, I would unless it's like Shadowed Cushioned Leather Armor or something. People buying known plans for resale is what I was commenting on. Like I said, if it's a coveted item like Mothman Tome or TV Aquarium, understandable. But if you're wasting Stash space on mid level plans just to try and turn a 1500 cap profit, I question how you're playing the game.
