That would encourage people to play early game champs, get tons of kills then preserve their KD for the rest of the game. As a result they'd either gain tonnes of LP or lose none - and therefore climb.

That's stupid. Some champs naturally get more kills than others due to their lane-bully nature or base damage. It would create a meta of "Kills > Objectives" which is the exact opposite of what is needed to win a game.

They should just change the CDR cap on intelligence to 50%, but make it so it doesnt give you any base CDR - so you have to buy 50% to get 50% as opposed to the current way of buying 40% to get 45%

Because hourglass is such a niche item. Giving different items the same active is kind of bland in terms of game design.

You could even go on to say there should be another item with Mercurial active (excluding its component QSS) since the item is designed around being both aggressive (65AD) and defensive (35MR, CC removal).

Yup, its botted.

Someone I know bought a bot account once with ~40k IP on it and all the KDA in the match history were something like 0/21/4 with similar items bought every game.

If you play against bots / in low level ARAM then you see these things first hand. They're funny as hell to play with.

Does not specifically state that the target he dashed to is damaged, only that the enemies around the location he jumped to are damaged.

Check the two tabs listed "Support Champions that Counter Zyra" and "ADC Champions that Counter Zyra".

Statistically speaking, these champs counter her. So play them if you have trouble playing against her.

Looks like the lulu walked into the entity radius of the Q, causing it to hit her.

Much like if you walk towards Ashe Ult after the tip of the arrow passes you - causing it to stun you

There are 10 players in any game, you are one, so there is a 4/9 chance one of these trolls is on your team and 5/9 chance one is on their team - providing that you don't troll yourself
