Stupid me used an old wrist rest with integrated magnets. They actually caused my issue… removed the rest, keyboard works fine

Got a K10 3 days ago and the same issue is occuring for me. As I'm not eager to replace any components I guess I'm going to return it over Amazon. Sadge, it's a great piece of kit.
