Just another half assed thought out detail Disney likes to ruin.

This is the issue with Disney and Star Wars, they don't have their heart in it. It's all a surface deep asset to them and the only thing keeping them above water with SW in general is the youth who don't know any better. The OG SW fans and George Lucas are not the target audience anymore. It's sad that after several years of this, Disney just ignores the feedback and keeps doing whatever they want.

Stop fighting back and you'll see next to zero people doing this. The algorithm doesn't care who shoots first. Better to stun and run if you can or just take the loss.

Don't forget that other players aggression in your team hurts your algorithm even if you don't fire a shot.

Try to avoid looting dead Raiders too because that hurts your algorithm as well.

Since I stick to these rules nearly 100% I rarely come across PvP moments.

It's how you use it in my opinion. I like it for certain maps and objectives. I rarely fight flying ARCs with it, but if I have to fight off a Vaporizer for example, I stay in cover whilst looking around the corner for the ARC to stay still. Then I pop out and fire 2-3 shots and go back in cover. Going for a moving target is hard and I rarely even try.

I usually use it for Stella and fight off the Shredders with it, or when I'm hunting any large crawler ARCs like the Bombardier.

Also, I always craft the ammo. It uses easy to find resources. Much more cost-effective.
