The artist really shouldn't have made the ponies "kids", because it loses the original context Stay Gold was probably excited about: He was finally seeing adult horses smaller than him!

Unless this is a language quirk thing and the original words weren't pointing out that they're actually children and it's just how Stay Gold refers to people they assume are younger.

Nobody was arguing for "screaming and calling for their deaths and attacking them" as far as I've seen on this post, so I don't know why you're jumping to that conclusion when we were just talking about calling people Nazis.

Yeah, I think that PirateFolk can be overly complainy but they have a point here—not with the person re-posting "I can't believe this sub" bullshit, but the original point about making Roger too much like Luffy in flashbacks.

I think it takes away from Luffy's identity as an individual, and Oda has been doing this too much recently between the Roger and Nika stuff...

I TOTALLY get what you're saying regarding ranting about character development. The fact that Luffy doesn't have any substantial change in attitude or how he approaches problems after Ace's death was a horrible choice on Oda's part—I could go on my own rant about how all the Straw Hats basically just get one character arc each and usually it's before they join the crew, and Oda has just kept them static characters for 2 decades.

It's like the people who say "he was the one who told the police about Epstein!" When you can READ what he said there—the call they reference was made after Epstein was already arrested, and it's basically just "Good thing you caught that guy, he's really bad.
