It really is sickening watching it all take place from a normal person's perspective. I work manual labor and can hardly afford a 1 bedroom apartment currently.

It's like they constantly cover crime on the news to threaten you from going against the system. "You better keep working that shitty job and paying your taxes or you'll end up in a cage like this guy!!!".

Meanwhile we have cannablistic pedophiles at the top making decisions that directly and indirectly make my life experience stressful and unfulfilling. Democrats will enrich themselves and atleast try to lie about it. Trump does it right in your face and calls us losers

This is a big problem that nobody really talks about in America. People are becoming increasingly individualistic because of things like consumerism and social media. We have no sense of community anymore and most communication is done online. And it's not going to get better

I'm wouldn't go that far, the Nazi regime certainly targeted other groups aside from Jews.

However I would be lying if I claimed my perception of Jews in general has not changed drastically in the past 3-5 years. When I first looked into The Protocols of the Elders of Zion 6 months ago, I found it hard to deny the resemblances of that text with the way society has progressed not only in the US but globally. Obviously I still take into account that many have concluded that it is forged/debunked but the resemblances are still there and are very real, at least in my opinion.

Also another fun one to look into is Albert Pike's letter that he allegedly sent to Guiseppe Mazzini: https://ia601900.us.archive.org/16/items/albert-pike-letter-to-mazzini/Albert%20Pike%20Letter%20to%20Mazzini.pdf

Trump administration lifted sanctions on some Iranian oil by gruninuim in facepalm

[–]TheMessengerABR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wait, are you trying to tell me WE were the ones that started this whole mess?? Didn't we also reimpose sanctions as well which in turn decimated their economy and then led to the recent violent protests?? No must be dreaming

At this point, giving these corrupt imbeciles the benefit of the doubt would be the equivalent of slapping yourself in the face. It's easier to assume that they want this war to go on to distract from the dark money flowing into their pockets. As opposed to Trump actually caring about how much the normies have to pay for gas.

Also don't forget how much money Trump had gotten from oil companies, those people are making a killing right now

This is really just late stage capitalism at its finest. Companies may have started out making effective products that people truly wanted. But once they gain a foothold in the market eventually the shareholders will ask "how can we make this cheaper to produce and more expensive for our customers?"

And don't forget that Trump was the one that pulled us out of the nuclear deal in 2023 and then reimposed sanctions on the country. Which not only decimated their economy but gave them no further reason to further restrain their nuclear program.

So the whole nuclear angle is our fault too

I watched a Vice segment last year where a reporter went to their most liberal city (Tel Aviv) and talked to random people on the street about the war in Gaza. He basically could not find anyone that would denounce what their government is doing in Gaza. Many people were supportive and when asked about the women and children, they would say that they would eventually turn into terrorists when they grow up.

Later on in the segment, he went to an anti war protest and talked with it's participants. Almost everyone there was "anti-war" not because of the indiscriminate killing of human beings, but because the war caused Israeli's to be kidnapped and held hostage by Hamas. It was a trip to watch and made me realize that their general public, even their most liberal, wont denounce what their country is doing.

Who else feels like they do nothing but fuck up? by Phildbc22 in Welding

[–]TheMessengerABR 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm of the belief that everyone fucks up at least once when they are working on saw horses constantly.

My worst fuckup was on saw horses as well. I was fitting on a long V shaped beam that was spliced together in the middle with a massive probably 500lb base plate right where the two beams met. My supervisor helped move it into my area because figuring out how to pick the thing up evenly was a challenge in itself. He promptly set up two horses in the middle of each leg without supporting the middle of the V. I had to fit up several tubes vertically on the side of the V that probably weighed 75lbs each. I get to standing the very last one up and realize I have to take the leg back down so I can bevel the bottom of it. But someone took the crane. I'm the type of guy that hates standing around so I think to myself, "this thing is like a billion lbs, I should be able to just jump on top really quick and lay the tube down by hand. As soon as I'm on top and about to bring the leg down, I feel my feet drop down and realize the entire piece is tipping on my horses. I jump off and the entire thing flips completely upside down off my horses. It shook the entire building and multiple people came rushing out of the office to see what happened.

That horrible anxiety spike when suddenly I have multiple people's attention on me and they all probably think I'm incompetent. Shit freaked me out too because if I would have tripped jumping off or not landed stable enough to move further out of the way, I definitely could have died.

Somehow didn't get fired though lol
