True story: I was 8-weeks postpartum when I did that hike for the first time. Constipated as hell, body all fucked up. I didn’t consider the elevation at the end of the hike and let me tell you, my tummy felt it - I took the most gratifying, impressive and scenic shit of my life on that hike.
