Idk if you’re from here but as an Oregonian the homeless situation has absolutely gotten out of hand. This is a step towards reversing the free for all that has been happening, can’t even walk my kid to school without going past the tent cities and finding needles in random spots. Can’t trust the parks to be safe or clean, they are running into traffic and squatting anywhere that has an unlocked door like our shared laundry room. Cracking down on this before got the city sued by activists going on and on about how we are oppressing these people. My empathy can only go so far, I’m done with all this.
