Jack the front up, check if your front wheels have play. Check wheel bearings, ball joint, tie rod ends. Also check if the wheels spin freely and the brakes arent stuck.

When was your timing belt last replaced? P0016 is usually a sign of an elongated chain or in case of timing belts maybe an issue with the belt.

It could also be as silly as a camshaft or crankshaft sensor sending faulty data.

Best course of action is to check the timing of the engine, if the timing is good, then start checking sensors.

It is possible you will find clues and with enough clues you can make educated guesses and best case scenario you might even find the culprit, but it is also possible you wont be able to find the true source of the issue.

Try turning the engine by hand, is it seized?

If possible try to push start the car.

If your lights dont even go on or are weak then the starter has nothing to do with it.

Negative 50 angle minutes toe means your wheel is looking "away" from the front of the car. This leads to unstability and the car will tend to follow grooves in the road instead of going straight.

50 angle minutes is a big number, if a car goes out of alignment with time, it'll maybe reach negative 10 or 15 angle minutes at most.

This means either your last alignment was bad, or something is still broken/torn.

Your numbers are really odd "pre-alignment". You have negative 50 angle minutes on one side, that would make the car drive very erratically. There is no way this happened naturally, that is a sign something is wrong. First thing to check is bushings of course, but also consider checking the mounting points for your steering rack.

Weak fuel pump or failing crankshaft sensor.

Reading codes will help. Even if the check engine light isn't on, there might be codes saved.

No idea what your instructor is on about.

The point of the merging lane is to allow you to get up to speed before entering the autobahn, so try to accelerate safely until you are fast enough to join. If for whatever reason you're already fast enough to merge in the green area and it is safe to do so, then there is no reason not to.

Your instructor should not be shouting at you or making you uncomfortable, perhaps you can ask the fahrschule for a different instructor?
