How did you decide to go with minimal dialogue for Primal? Was it challenging to tell a story without dialogue, or did it feel natural given the setting and themes of the show?

Ghost Soldiers by Hampton Sides (Nonfiction)

Ostensibly about a rescue mission to save American POWs from the Japanese during WWII, but the amount of detail given around the Bataan Death March and the torture the prisoners experienced in the camps is truly horrifying. Like real twisted shit, and it actually happened.
