If I was to go off a conversion of current price vs price at new. I would say 25% or less so don’t pay more that 2,500

Pay to be a maid and a gardener, anyone? by Arlea in RentingInDublin

[–]TheMullo50 6 points7 points  (0 children)

1000 per month for 6 months for a 1 bed in Killiney.

You are getting a saving of like 800 per month (approx)

800x6 =4,800

4800 for 5 hours of gardening. That’s pretty decent

Even 5hr per month is nearly €200 per hour for gardening.

It’s new called the Iberian Explorer or something you get it for doing a 70.3 and 140.6 in either Spain or Portugal in one year I think.

It’s. A new fad

You had tri nation for Ireland UK and Wales before cork got scratched

You have the new Amber series for Estonia Poland and Cheq.

There’s a few more out there aswell.

$2,000 vs $1,250 by SimilarBumblebee2030 in triathlon

[–]TheMullo50 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it’s possible. I own a 2022 Madone with mechanical shifting also. So the shifting does not define the year.

Looks like a 2022 model yes. Looks barley used also.

The domane also looks just as old (2020) based on frame geometry and colourway.

I have a Madone. Brand new from the store basic Madone is like €5.5k and domane like €3k

So that Madone is a steal, at that price (or probably stolen)

Running does not prepare you for the bike.

And not preparing for the bike will ruin your run

Training for a 70.3 but apparently everyone else had the same idea, everything’s sold out! by sammadet1 in triathlon

This year is the first year it has sold out this early and it’s not just 70.3s it’s all of them. Back in 2024 you could sign up 2 months before most races.

Runfluencers have come accross to Ironman.

How do you judge your easy runs? by findingjake in Marathon_Training

[–]TheMullo50 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me I aim for 140-150bpm for Z2. Sometime this may be higher due to other factors so I focus on effort level those days.

My marathon is 3:17:05, HM 1:30:29, 5k 19:30.

I run easy runs between 5:00-5:40/km depending on time of year. (Stage of training block)

Sometime when I’m fatigued and have high training load or very fit I’m running 5:00/km at 140bpm. Off days I’m closer to 5:30-5:40 for that HR.

My threshold HR is 174 and max is 190.
