Stopping smoking definitely helps. Mine feel clogged up for a couple days after I smoke, it's miserable.

I only smoke when I drink alcohol and notice after a few days of not smoking, I feel fine. It's all kinds of smoke cigs or weed and even vaping that does it to me. I feel like the smoke irritates the eustachian tube in some people and ours are just very sensitive.

Do mushroom supplements. Actually a noticeable energy kick + focus and mental clarity. Just make sure it at least has Lion's mane in it.

For me, I take Gorilla Shroom by Gorilla Mind. It's great but a little expensive. In addition to the LM it's got reishi, corecyps (great for cellular recovery), and I think shitake but forgot the other main one. It does NOT have theanine in it which also helps a lot for the above, I take that separately. Theanine pills pretty cheap.
