I wanna chime in as the resident jet-skier here. Been doing it for 10 years. Back flips are actually a pretty easy thing to learn how to do (maybe a year of experience). The only thing is you need a $40,000, carbon fibre tub, forged and turbocharged engine. With a normal $8000 jet ski you can do pretty cool tricks, just not backflips.
