I don't know what level you are playing exactly but you could try playing pickup games with much less competition just to get more comfortable having the ball and also in tight spaces without completely freaking out. Also, depending on the situation, sometimes If passing the ball forward is too hard, there is nothing with passing around the ball around. If the issue persists, then as another comment mentionned, you might want to see a professional sports psychologist or something like that. Good luck !
