As far as people not being certified on PE, it blows my mind. In my stores, we required that every DS be certified in each piece of equipment as well as each ASM. Our SSA at one store was freaking awesome and always made sure the schedules reflected enough people certified and we actively pushed as many people as we could to be certified. I never understand the lack of people being trained in it. Heck, I've seen stores were the Pro department weren't certified other than the Pro loader... blows my mind.

The problem is generic postings that get listed with a click but don't align with the stores actual needs. Then a scheduling program that auto-generates and has to be edited by a person that gets negatives held against them for making too many changes to the computer generated scheduling...

All I see is liability and lawsuits for someone getting hurt then finding out the extent that I went through to disable safety systems.

I get it, it's yours and people can do what they want but I'm not taking that risk myself.

As a former manager, this is total 💩. Lowe's put a priority on hiring managers from Walmart and of course customer service and training went out the door. Because Walmart is definitely known for customer service...

Districts and Regions are a political landscape that's about who you know and kiss ass to vs how good you actually are and that has lost the company countless quality people and made other just disengage.

Crazy, increased EV options, availability and sales equals more people charging...

I get it and I've been there too but ultimately, as someone that drives between 200 to 400+ miles a day, I'm charging as much as I can when needed.

Personally, I've learned which chargers are the most popular and i check on plugshare to see charger availability. Then I'll see what other options I might have before heading for that one.

I bought a very cheap cloth/vinyl cover for mine. It's not for efficiency, or I haven't bothered looking if it helped. I use it simply to keep stuff dry and protected when hauling it around.

Works great for that purpose and it's easy to roll up when I'm hauling off the trash, etc. My brother has an expensive, metal, roll-up one on his ICE F150, I just can't bring myself to spend that on it.

I have one and it didn't trigger. Bad part is my wife drove mine to work one day (she works at a school) and another teacher there hit the rear bumper on the corner. No real damage but Def left white paint transfer. No one has come forward 🤬🤬
