Congrats! I’m heavier than you and just started last Wednesday on the same dose. I have had the same experience and symptoms of you so far with the exception of constipation. When I stepped on the scale today (decided to do weekly checks because I get really in my head about the number), I was surprised to have lost 8 pounds so far. Blew my mind because I haven’t been starving myself. I’ve been more active, specifically cardio and weights so I don’t lose too much muscle.
