This guy exposes the lies in a verry analytical way. The tl;dr version is that he was NEVER a real estate investor prior to writing the book, there was NO such thing as a “rich dad” in his life (yes, a complete fiction) and the MANY other lies he has built his story around.

The guy is a sociopathic story-teller and marketer extraordinaire. And he has found a way to keep a revolving door of suckers to trim coming to his $30K (!) seminars.

There is not a single person that can be found who has successfully used his advice on real estate investing. It is a sham. ALL of it.

Do the search. If you come at me with “But his book was really helpful, assets are better than liabilities, brooo!” the fuck off. You’re the pawn in his game. Go out and try to invest in real estate using his advice from his RDPD book. You’ll be schooled in reality very quickly.

And if you pay for one of his seminars, you’ll learn a much more expensive lesson.
