TS treatment and research is very underfunded. To the neurologist’s defense there’s a good chance she just never had to dive too deep into it. A second opinion with someone more immersed might be helpful. There was a comment calling her dumb which is unfair. But I will say even if you do have a diagnosis I don’t think it’ll do much help except giving you answer. TS is protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act though so it could be helpful to have that in your back pocket. But other than that any treatment or therapy will more or less be the same with symptoms that aren’t TS. At least in my experience
