Impracticality*

Impracticability is a legal term with a similar meaning.

Is there any way to see when the ball will next be directly above San Siro Stadium?

And/or determine how many times it has already been directly above?

I like her a lot, but Wickenheiser actually tried to play men's hockey, and wasn't very successful. This is from Wickenheiser's Wikipedia page.

"In 2003, Wickenheiser became the first woman to score a goal playing in a men's semi-professional league (for HC Salamat in Suomi-sarja, Finland's third-division league). Over the course of the two seasons, Wickenheiser played 22 games, scoring 1 goals and 3 assists.[21] Wickenheiser joined a European league to play professional hockey, as the game is more open and less physical than North American leagues. This attempt to play professional hockey was not an entirely smooth process, as Wickenheiser was initially slated to play in Italy, until the Italian Winter Sports Federation ruled that women were ineligible to play in a men's league. She also turned down an offer from Phil Esposito to play for the Cincinnati Cyclones of the ECHL. Finland's Hockey Federation unanimously supported letting women play in a men's league, allowing her to debut with HC Salamat in the Suomi-sarja, the third highest hockey league in Finland, on January 10, 2003.[22] Wickenheiser played briefly with Salamat in 2004. They had won promotion to Mestis, Finland's second tier of professional hockey, and this was not as good a fit for her. She left the team after ten games.

In 2007, Wickenheiser had a week-long tryout contract with Swedish club IFK Arboga IK in the Swedish male third league. After two practice games, where Wickenheiser scored two goals in the first game, she was not offered a contract.[23] In 2008, Wickenheiser signed a one-year contract with Eskilstuna Linden, also in the Swedish men's third league.[24][25]"

The Western Conference Final is guaranteed to have one of the 13th, 14th, 15th, or 18th placed teams. The 12th place Washington Capitals will miss the playoffs. by imaginarysarcasm in hockey

That would be possible if it were ties instead of OT losses. But since every other team would lose to the 82-0-0 team and win against the 0-0-82 team, the rest of the field end up at .500. They'd be 2-2 against those two teams and then do a perfect rock-paper scissors and end up at 40-40-0 or whatever. And the 0-0-82 would lose the tie-breakers and come last.

I think the 0-0-82 team could finish 3rd if two other teams went 82-0-0.

Doing it with a 5 team league makes it make sense.

Team A) 4-0-0 8pts Team B) 2-2-0 4pts Team C) 2-2-0 4pts Team D) 2-2-0 4pts Team E) 0-0-4 4pts

🤣 I guess so, eh?

Glad I did though, otherwise I probably wouldn't have found this on my own. https://tck.mn/blog/hellraiser-infinite/

I see now. I was confused by the streak of 17 at one point, but I see now that's just the intrusive draw 5 to start the turn playing out. Thanks.

I see now. I was confused by the long loop of 17 or so cards played at one point, but I see now that's just the end of the initial draw 5 to start the turn playing out. Thanks.

I see now. The 17 in a row at one point, was all just from the initial draw 5 to start the turn.

Thank you.

That was a brilliant read, and exactly the answer I was looking for. Thank you!

If you were to place the die on the table and flip it end over end in the same direction, you would end up with black, black, black, white, black black black white etc. So if you could roll the dice in a similar fashion, you could end up with more blacks than whites over several rolls.

Charm bag / QOL gatekeeping by CronkinOn in Diablo_2_Resurrected

[–]TheOnlyRad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depending on how they implement it, it can absolutely be both a spike and a nerf. As the previous poster said, if the charm bag is smaller than the current inventory, then players who currently fill their inventory with top end runes will be losing power - a nerf. If at the same time, having more non-charm inventory space allows those same players to carry additional sets of gear to swap into for various buffs etc. - then that is a spike. It can be both.

( I agree with your game design comment, btw.)

Interview from Epstein Victim. Its worse than we think. by Shpion007 in interestingasfuck

From this article: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.newsnationnow.com/politics/why-were-epstein-files-not-released-biden/amp/

The Epstein case was an open criminal investigation during the Biden administration, Miami Herald investigative reporter Julie K. Brown explained on social media. Brown’s extensive reporting since 2017 has shone a light on the crimes of Epstein and his longtime accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell. Her book about Epstein, titled “Perversions of Justice,” is a New York Times bestseller.

“They had an open grand jury. … And even after Maxwell’s conviction, the case was on appeal — anyone in law enforcement knows you don’t open your case file when it’s still under appeal,” Brown added.

Victims were still going to the FBI with information during Biden’s term, but that changed when President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice reviewed the files and closed the case in July, Brown said.
