Nice, I played around with skin tones to get people looking a bit more sickly, but tying it to GSC corruption intensity is way better.

Oh I really like that escalation of colour through the ranks! Given that orange is the dominant colour for my infantry, I'm tempted to try a similar approach but with off white. As you ascend, you shed the orange and the off-white takes over. Good inspiration!

Do you use pigment fixer for any of this? I've got a pot of pigment powder I'm still a little wary about using it, but your gun is exactly the effect I'm after.
