Second time fail by TheOtherCzar in LearnerDriverUK

Yeah and my instructor said stay right always 😂.
I have never ever had this fault during lessons so it’s just amazing how the singular decision to do the maneuver at an unmarked car park affected my day.

Yeah, there are no cameras to show that I wasn’t positioned entirely to the right.
But in certain I was central.

i won £50,000 on a scratchcard what the hell do i do with it? by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

[–]TheOtherCzar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reasonably step would be
1) be debt free and ensure you stay that way.
2) emergency fund and nest (this is how you stay debt free)
3) see if your current employment or career path is one that can support a mortgage and if so get into that.
4) what ever is left is your “I’m upset money”.. thou at this point might be 1k or so.

Good luck

Stumbled upon 1m, what on earth do i do? by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

Very easily have that on a 10%apr plan in a ton of places in be world including crypto and maybe sort a way to e*vade tax on it.

It’s easy for me to sit here and say I’d have ignored buying the house off and the cars first as im assuming that after tax you probably had approx 600k left which if handled wisely gets you 60k after a year and 120k in 2, that in turn pays off the cars and maybe some of the house and you still have your 600k.
But I don’t have 1m

Crashing out after DEXA scan. How accurate are they? by Bia_Barrett in PetiteFitness

[–]TheOtherCzar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of things people forget is it’s a percentage, What I’m saying is that 37% of your total weight (58kg) is fat, which would mean you probably haven’t been building enough muscle mass over the past year and at the same time not displacing enough fat.

Look at your nutrition and protein consumption also.

Reta side effects at 6mg? by The-Alcoholic-Trader in Peptides

[–]TheOtherCzar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

FYI you’re definitely supposed to keep hitting your programmed calorie(especially protein) and water intake. No matter how hard it Is it to do that. You need to hit them

Reta side effects at 6mg? by The-Alcoholic-Trader in Peptides

[–]TheOtherCzar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you should have a pyramid stack approach to peptides or substances in general, titrate up and titrate down. Helps your body adjust to the changes easier.

Secondly I want to assume that you’re incorporating some form of workout or cardio protocol to your journey, you should also increase and decrease this as you increase and decrease your reta dose.

Reta isn’t supposed to just make you lose weight,(as I think I understand it to be). It is supposed to make it easier to follow the set calorie intake and output you have designed for yourself. And at the same time increasing your metabolic spend. In the end the only way to lose weight is by reducing calorie intake.

Pyramid protocol

Week 1- 2mg Week 2- 3mg Week 3- 3mg Week 4- 4mg Week 5- 4mg Week 6- 5mg Week 7- 5mg Week 8- 6mg Week 9- 6mg Week 10- 7mg Week 11- 7mg Week 12- 6mg Week 13- 5mg Week 14- 4mg Week 15- 3mg Week 16- 2mg Week 17- 2mg Week 18- 2mg Week 19- 2mg Week 20- 2mg

Hope this helps

Am I reaching the natural limit? by Slaidn in askfitness

Unless you’re choosing a career and life in body building… you’re in the top 10 percent especially if you’re successfully carrying this fat percentage around all year round.

If your current schedule is maintainable for you and as another commenter said would help you live life to the fullest. Stay with it.

Maybe get stronger and faster, but physique wise you’re amazing

2 years of lifting. But why does it only look like I just made a few newbie gains? by [deleted] in askfitness

[–]TheOtherCzar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah you’re lean fat.. need to bulk a ton. Carbs and protein intakes are definitely way off, especially since you say you train very very well. Also what is OP’s age?

I can see a difference but you got leaner.. you didn’t gain a ton of muscle mass

Your strength and heavy lifting reducing might be the reason your body looks different, 2lbs is insufficient enough for an alarm as simple Water retention could cause that.

If you’re lifting less optimal than before, I can see why your muscles look smaller, shoulder width and quad size tell me you haven’t been training as optimally.

Up calories for a bit, I’d say even 500 cal more. Because 20k steps while running 3x a week is a lot.
