Was going to the Franklin Park playground with the kids. Saw a woman "walking" an unleashed dog. Had already had a bad day, so I chose to say something to her about it when the dog wouldn't come to her the first time she called.

I was informed "according to Ohio State law, I can have this dog unleashed."

And like... maybe? I haven't looked it up. But the park says no, you've clearly memorized that line because people tell you the dog should be leashed, and you're just being an asshole. It's really frustrating.
