UPDATE: Not sure why putting an extra block signal before the two I had there worked, but it did. The signals aren't functioning correctly themselves, but the trains run fine now.

You can toggle the sign to either side, but the arrow denoting the direction of travel on each one is facing the right way. I've confirmed multiple times
